Booking Through Thursday – TBR

Follow-up to last week’s question:

Do you keep all your unread books together, like books in a waiting room? Or are they scattered throughout your shelves, mingling like party-goers waiting for the host to come along?

Here’s my last week’s list of unread books.

As for my answer, no I don’t put them in one place. In fact, all my books are scattered all over the house. I want to be able to have something to read available wherever I am. This applies to new, rare and second-hand ones. However, to verify if one book is part of the “unread” gang, one just have to look closely to see that it’s almost always gathering dust.

Before you judge me, I do take good care of my books and they get dusted every week. :)

    I don’t put them in one places because it’s fully occupied! I’ve to move them around…. right now I keep most of my stacks at a corner of our storage room!

    Mine have always been relatively organised otherwise lose books and end up buying duplicates! I ran out of space to shelve them though so nread are now mainly boxed up.

    I keep all my books in one cupboard (except those I am currently reading) and I do try to keep some semblance of order. Usually it is a very untidy stack of books heaped all over the shelves though.

    I keep my unread books at place except may be a couple which occupy my bedside table. Dust is always a problem thats why I built my bookshelfs with glass doors :)
