Cleansed

My aunt is considering undergoing a colon cleansing weight loss treatment as soon as she saw it on TV last week. Apparently, colon cleansing can help you drop weight fast. There are rumors all over the market that you can lose as much as 7lbs but according to articles I’ve read, that’s only water weight and temporary.

Just like everything else, one must research not only the advantage but also the downside of taking any supplements, treatments especially if you only learned them in the Internet or TV. One thing I can be sure of, colon cleansing, even if it won’t help you lose weight is something that everyone should try at least once a year. To rid yourself of dangerous toxins is the best way to get started in living a healthy life.

Simply Impossible

Just got off the phone with a client. I need to design about ten photo cards and then find a printing company that can print up to 1000pcs for each design and have it delivered in two days. Not so bad if only the two-day schedule didn’t include the conceptualization. I know I’m awesome but I’m not a miracle worker. Good thing he said try because I am 100% positive that what he wants is impossible. The shipping time alone would take 2 business days based on the printing companies I’ve worked with so far.

Web Design – Health

image I was browsing the Internet for bariatric surgery for an article that I’m working on when I saw this really cool site. Well, it’s cool in such a way that it gives the visitor a pleasant user experience. Unlike other web sites that are filled with so much text it will only take you 3-5 seconds before you want to leave the site.

Anyway, it’s cool that I found this because I’m running out of inspirations for health-related designs lately. At least now I know I can still design out of the box yet still be taken seriously.

Too Sure

We have so many life insurance leads
that I don’t know what to do with them anymore. I only mentioned in passing that I
want to upgrade my current package and all of a sudden, my mailbox is filled with
different offers from various companies. I love how convenient technology is but sometimes, I’d rather talk to someone in person and discuss my needs. Perhaps I should give our old agent a call and ask if I can upgrade without purchasing a new plan.

Themes

We need to attend a party next week and I’m thinking of dressing my husband and daughter with white overalls, similar to protective clothing in warehouses. The theme is airplane/airlines so guests need to come as flight attendants, pilots of airline crews. I hope I can find a small version for my daughter though. I don’t want her to go as a stewardess that’s for sure! All these themed parties is making me want to plan for her 7th birthday already. But it would be overdoing it as I still have three yrs before I can go into full planning mode.

Big and Hungry

Posted in health on February 15th, 2010 by admin – Be the first to comment

With the way I’m eating these days, I’d probably need an appetite suppressant if only I’m not pregnant. My husband and I love food but even he gets shocked whenever he sees me get a 3rd or 4th servings of rice or pasta. But what can I do? I’m just so hungry all the time. And if I don’t eat what I want, either the baby kicks a lot or I’ll get really dizzy that I won’t be able to work at all. I’m trying to balance it by eating fruits during snack time and walking on the treadmill for 15-20 minutes daily. The doctor said the baby has average weight from our last check up so it’s just me who’s getting huge!
