Eating Outdoors
Last weekend, my family and I rented a beach vacation house at Punta Fuego. The house was huge and complete with amenities from the bathroom to the living room (home theater and all that) to the outdoor kitchens. At first we were worried about the cooking and grilling capabilities but it turned out that we don’t have to worry at all. I checked their kitchen first and saw that they have high-end appliances that by the time I reached the pool area, I wasn’t at all surprise to find not one but two very expensive grills. Suffice it to say that my husband couldn’t help but ogle them from the first day until it was time for us to leave.
Now that barbeque smokers are all that he can talk about, I’m helping him research online to see which one would be perfect for our home. So far we like the Black Dog 28 inch Grill from Outdora.com mainly because it’s one of the most affordable items. It has large front doors for adding charcoal, large ash tray that covers the entire grill bottom, heavy-duty wheels and stainless steel temperature gauge. Based from the description, it’s very easy to use that our helpers won’t have trouble grilling whenever we want.
Still, if ever we have the budget, I’d probably go for the 27 inch built in barbecue from Lynx. I like how you can use the grill for other types of cooking which will work best when planning big parties. Some even lets you prepare a second or third course while roasting the meat with the help of side burners. On this model, there’s an electronic auto ignition that allows you to light each burner simply by pushing a button. The heat distribution is even so you can be assured of a perfectly grilled food. It may be expensive but you can bet it will last for years and even pass it on to your kids so they too can enjoy fresh, grilled meals with their own families.
