Cash Rescue

Posted in money on September 21st, 2010 by admin – Be the first to comment

A long-time friend visited the country but was too busy meeting relatives that she couldn’t give us a schedule to meet. This morning however, we got a call that she managed to keep her last weekend in October free. Which is why the gang immediately planned on a last-minute out of town trip. Thanks to cash advance, those who can’t join because of budget constraints will be able to come. After all, it’s like something like this happens all the time. We’re not sure if we could ever be complete like this again now that almost everyone is leaving the country to work somewhere else.

Twitter’s New UI

Love it or Hate it?

I think users with smaller monitors wouldn’t be crazy about it. I personally find the right sidebar a waste of space but I’ll give it some time to grow on me. If only they added the direct messages or replies to without the user having to click on anything.

This is why Tweetdeck’s UI is still on top of my list.

Things I Need to Last the Day

Posted in health, what's up, work on September 15th, 2010 by admin – Be the first to comment

You’ve read this a few times here – hgh. Just 10% of my daughter’s energy will be enough for me to finish my work and still have time to talk to her and take care of her baby sister.

A huge slice of chocolate cake or pastry so soft it’s like sinking your teeth in cotton.

Uninterrupted sleep even for just three hours. Let this be my Christmas wish come true please.

A one and a half hour of full body massage to relieve stress and release the tension. Have it in a quiet room without someone calling mommy and I’ll be in tears. Of joy.

Last but not the least, for my work to be finished on its own.

Deprivation On Hold

After sampling the unique chocolates below (previous post), you’ll have the urge to hit the treadmill or take a diet pill if you’re lazy. There are also natural weight loss products for those who are wary of side effects and possible harmful ingredients entering their body.

But I’m taking a break from all that. Now that I’m close to my weight goal, I’m indulging myself with a few treats. I just have to be careful or else, I may get used to too much sweets and forget that I need to be back to my pre-pregnancy weight before the baby turns one next year.

Unique Chocolate Designs to Tempt You

Just finished with my afternoon snack and I feel bad already. If I wasn’t breastfeeding, I’d probably blow up like a balloon by now. And if I do, I know I’d be purchasing appetite suppressants over the counter before you can even say chocolate cake.

Yes, I’m now officially addicted to chocolate. And while we’re on the subject of the most famous pick-me-up snack amongst women, let me show you some really cool and unique designs done with chocolate.

Release your HGH

Posted in health on September 12th, 2010 by admin – Be the first to comment

Based from what I’ve read on health blogs, I really could use an hgh releaser to restore my energy and possibly, aherm, my youth. I’ve been reading about HGH for months now and I’m really interested on its anti-aging powers. There are brands that does not only increase energy (something that I need so bad) but can also reduce wrinkles and improve sexual vitality. Problem is I’m not sure how safe it is and if it’s even allowed for breastfeeding moms. I guess I’ll have to get my energy the natural way – sleeping. Yet even that is just impossible to obtain. Didn’t I say I have a newborn on my other post? Well, that explains my fatigue plus the fact that work has never been this busy.

Free Premium-like Shopify Themes

I’ve been working with Shopify for some time now. Creating a theme from scratch isn’t easy but with the help of the available themes, I can easily modify them to fit the design that I have in mind. A few months ago, the options are too limited but when I checked it yesterday, I’m surprised to see that the free ones is not that much different from the paid ones. If you have no time to start a Shopify theme from scratch, check out these ultracool free themes below.

Too Thin for Comfort

Posted in graphics and web design, online life, technology on September 9th, 2010 by admin – Be the first to comment

Attention: to those of you who are dying to lose weight, please see the photos below. You must not overdose on phentermine or else you’ll end up looking like these women. Now some of you may feel flattered being called “anorexic”. After all, losing weight is so much harder than gaining weight. Anorexia, however, is a real disease.

And yeah, so these are just Photoshopped pictures but they’re still a little freaky eh?

Freaky because some celebrities actually look like them. Example? See below.

This is an old photo, thank God. Apparently, they’re total body mass index have improved according to celebrity blogs. Although still thin, these two now have enough meat on their body. And that was after 90210 show producers asked them politely (translation:threatened kindly) that they gain weight or else, they’d be axed from the show. Now that’s a good reason to start eating.
