Things I Need to Last the Day

You’ve read this a few times here – hgh. Just 10% of my daughter’s energy will be enough for me to finish my work and still have time to talk to her and take care of her baby sister.

A huge slice of chocolate cake or pastry so soft it’s like sinking your teeth in cotton.

Uninterrupted sleep even for just three hours. Let this be my Christmas wish come true please.

A one and a half hour of full body massage to relieve stress and release the tension. Have it in a quiet room without someone calling mommy and I’ll be in tears. Of joy.

Last but not the least, for my work to be finished on its own.

Deprivation On Hold

After sampling the unique chocolates below (previous post), you’ll have the urge to hit the treadmill or take a diet pill if you’re lazy. There are also natural weight loss products for those who are wary of side effects and possible harmful ingredients entering their body.

But I’m taking a break from all that. Now that I’m close to my weight goal, I’m indulging myself with a few treats. I just have to be careful or else, I may get used to too much sweets and forget that I need to be back to my pre-pregnancy weight before the baby turns one next year.

Release your HGH

Based from what I’ve read on health blogs, I really could use an hgh releaser to restore my energy and possibly, aherm, my youth. I’ve been reading about HGH for months now and I’m really interested on its anti-aging powers. There are brands that does not only increase energy (something that I need so bad) but can also reduce wrinkles and improve sexual vitality. Problem is I’m not sure how safe it is and if it’s even allowed for breastfeeding moms. I guess I’ll have to get my energy the natural way – sleeping. Yet even that is just impossible to obtain. Didn’t I say I have a newborn on my other post? Well, that explains my fatigue plus the fact that work has never been this busy.

Recharging

I’m always running out of energy at the end of the day. I wonder if I should try an hgh spray? It’s supposed to do a lot of good things to your body – getting your youth and physique back, burn fat, control appetite, build muscle and energy and simply revitalize your body in many ways. Now I’m not the type who believes everything I read but I’m more than willing to give things a try if I can extend my energy to at least five more hours each day. Taking care of a newborn and working round-the-clock are starting to take its toll on me. If I was five years younger, I think I could handle it. I did it with my firstborn but everything seem so harder now.

Help is definitely needed, ASAP.

Website Inspirations – Health and Sports

My re-design project for a web site offering life insurance quotes online have taught me a lot of things when it comes to insurance. For one, I found out that I can get a cheaper life insurance called term life which can cover me for a specific period of time. It’s cheap, it’s convenient and perfect if you’re planning to travel for a few years and want to be covered.

Anyway, I’ve seen several health-related and sports web sites while working on this project. For inspiration, I’ve selected my top three favorites and showcased them here.

Everyone (well, almost) I know wants to try and buy human growth hormone because of the fact that it can make you lose weight. All I know about HGH is that there was a ban on HGH injections before as it can cause a lot of side effects. However, there are HGH supplements all over the world wide web now claiming that they are a safe way to build muscle and fight back aging. It is 100% steroid-free, legal and no prescription required. What’s making it popular is the fact that it can reduce excess body fat and reduce wrinkles. You know how vain women are (that includes me). We all love to try things as long as it can restore our youthful skin and take off excess pounds brought about by pregnancy or age. Still, the fact remains that if you must try one of these supplements, make sure you have done your research and read about any possible side effects.

Well-prepared

Ever since we bought a life insurance for me and my husband, I just feel so secure and confident that our daughter will be fine if something happens to us. That was five years ago and now that we’ve finished paying both our policies, we are thinking of getting another one now that a new baby is on the way. After a couple of computations, we decided we can afford it without having to give up one of our little pleasures such as semi-annual trips and occasional splurge on gadgets and electronics. And even if we do have to give up some (not all) of them, it’s totally fine because being prepared for the future is much important.

Stronger and Leaner

Now that my husband is serious in getting back into shape, his wish lists have changed. From gadgets and electronics, he now wants a pull up bar, work bench, and several plates in different weights. I want to encourage him by getting him one of these. After all, he’s doing me a favor by exercising. I don’t have to worry about his health plus he’s getting stronger which will be helpful later on when the new baby is here. In fact, that’s one of the reasons why he decided to lift weights again. He felt like he was getting old because he kept having muscle pains and discomforts after a 20-minute basketball game. Now that he’s back to eating healthy and getting some muscle definition, he feels like he can run for an hour and still have strength to enjoy the rest of the night either with the kids or with his friends. Good for him and I hope his determination to stay fit will rub on me as soon as I give birth.
