How Older Men Can Feel Younger

For many men, getting older can carry with it some unwanted side effects. By adjusting just a few small parts of their lives, men can feel and look younger even as they enter their silver and golden years.

Most older men wish they had the metabolism they did in high school, but as both men and women age, their metabolisms slow down, making diet a very important part of staying trim and feeling younger. Most men who never adjust their diets from their 20s or 30s have a significantly higher risk of obesity than those who stay on top of their weight. By adding fruits and vegetables and cutting the fast food down as much as possible, older men can look and feel younger than they are.

Exercise is something that should be a priority for the entire length of a person’s life. What people forget is that as they age, their exercising habits should change. Many men become disheartened by the fact that at 40 years old, they cannot run as far or as fast as when they were 20. Men need to realize this is normal. Exercise should lower in intensity as men age but not in frequency. Regular exercising will add years to anyone’s life.

In addition to the obvious physical changes age can bring, there is a 50-percent chance that a man will experience erectile dysfunction by age 70. Instead of hiding from this fact, older men should not be afraid to take action against it. By seeing a doctor and getting a proper evaluation, most men can continue having the sex life of a younger man. Since all men have to do is buy Cialis or some other prescription drug, this is one of the easiest problems to solve for those who aren’t afraid to seek help.

By following this advice, older men can feel and look much younger.

Swamped Like I’ve Never Been Before

More work means more money. Which is why I shouldn’t be complaining now that my workload is up to HERE. Yet my husband’s words kept coming back to me now that I lack of sleep and rest for the past two weeks. Extra money won’t do me any good if I’ll just spend it paying hospital bills. I know I’m close to getting sick now, what with taking care of the baby and working at the same time. So I’m making a compromise to myself and promised that I will just finish all the urgent stuff this week. There’s the design for the personalized soccer balls for my client, a new author blog that should be live by Thursday next week and the kids’ camp brochure that needs to be printed before Saturday. Those three are the most important tasks right now while the others can totally wait.

I heard from the radio about this guy who was lucky enough to find a very expensive timepiece in Central Park. It wasn’t anything like Chopard or Patek Philippe but still pricey enough that you can afford one or two months rent in Manhattan. I didn’t catch whether he left it at the park’s Lost and Found or kept it for himself. All I know is that if it was me, I wouldn’t be so careless in wearing a pricey item. I’d probably go crazy if I lose something as expensive as that (if I can even afford to buy one) so I might as well not indulge on luxury items unless I’m rich enough that $20,000+ is no big deal to me.

Dress Up Party

My friends are planning another kick-ass party to celebrate one of our dear friend’s birthday. Just like every serious adult party that they organize, costumes and tons of booze are involved. Last year it was all about goth / emo but this year, they are thinking of moulin rouge or something similar. I could already see my lovely friends wearing tight corsets, fishnets and heavy eye make-up while the men will look smashing with their tuxedos or loose shirts and tight pants if they decide to go bohemian. I’m sure it’s going to be another fun night filled with photo shoot, games, good food and laughter.

I finally gave birth! Which is why I’m taking it easy online and just working on urgent stuff at work. I’m still on maternity leave but since most of them are quick fixes and I’m doing nothing while the baby’s asleep, I’ve decided to do them rather than spend more time sending instructions. I got distracted reading alli reviews though so I may have to cut the list short for today. I promised my husband I won’t be working on anything major at least until the baby is a month old. I’d still blog of course. It’s my second favorite stress reliever next to watching movies.

Kazakhstan President and US President Cooperation

Kazakhstan President Nursultan Nazarbayev had a meeting with United States President Barack Obama on April 11th 2010. The two leaders tackled concerns related to the Kazakh-American tactical partnership.

The leaders shared their concepts on global security – counting the stabilization and protection of Afghanistan – economic relationships and investment opportunities, democratic development, energy alliance, as well as Kazakhstan’s Chairmanship of the OSCE (Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe).Nazarbayev and Obama eagerly took note of their joint strategy regarding major issues on a regional and worldwide scale.

The Kazakhstan President confirmed his support for Obama in his non-proliferation efforts like the Nuclear Security Summit, which was held on April 12th in Washington DC. He likewise reaffirmed his country’s advocacy to further intensifying its bilateral collaboration with the US in aiming for a better and more secure world.

Furthermore, the Kazakhstan president commended President Obama for the former’s commitment in convening the Nuclear Security Summit. Nazarbayev believes that the summit will help formulate a framework for the fight against nuclear terrorism.

According to Michael McFaul, the United States National Security Council Senior Director for Russian and Eurasian Affairs, Obama named President Nazarbayev as one of the ideal leaders of the world. The summit would not have been successful without Nazarbayev’s presence.

The baby is almost here! I think. I’ve been feeling stomach pains for days and know that time is near. This is why my husband and I are going crazy fixing our room, looking into more home ventilation options and buying last minute baby stuff. I hope she comes out just in time for my birthday not only because it would be a great gift but also because she has gotten so huge (already at 7lbs during last check up) that I’m worried if I’ll be able to give birth normally. Before that however, I need to make sure that all my deliverables, usernames/passwords have been turned over to the designers who will take over while I’m gone.

Just for fun, I’m thinking of giving my husband some pink ties for Father’s day. I know how he hates wearing pink and doesn’t subscribe to the idea that men who wear pink are secure in their masculinity. But do you know that pink is considered the most masculine of shares? Yes but I never got addicted to it. I try not to check out the games because I have a tendency to be too competitive I’d probably won’t turn the computer until I’ve beaten everyone.

What kinds of cereal do you have in your home right at this very moment?
The good and fattening kind. Luckily, no one believes in those fad diets that work type of cereal in our house.
